You are not alone and we are here to help you. Everybody needs help at some point in life’s journey. At RYSC you will receive professional counselling, consultation and or mediation services in a safe, compassionate and confidential environment where you can get the help you need to discuss your thoughts, feelings and actions in a non-judgemental and safe manner.

We provide counselling to individuals, families and couples. because everyone get stuck sometimes and problems can prevent us from enjoying our lives. Counselling at RYSC provides a safe space in which to explore your current challenges. Some of the benefits of counselling are: it helps to reduce stress, improve communication, understand your own thoughts and feelings and help you to respond better, improve your self-esteem, express your feeling and address your pass experiences. Your counselor can help facilitate your move pass obstacles and support you to achieve your goals.

Mediation is usually initiated when two are more parties are unable to settled disputes on their own, therefore a mutually acceptable third party, who has no authority to make decisions for the parties in conflict intervenes to assist the parties improve communication, utilize effective problem-solving skills to reach acceptable agreements or understandings.” Christopher Moore

Payment Options

For your convenience we accept credit cards, cash, and e-transfers.   Payments are made by the end of each appointment.  Ontario Health Insurance Plan, OHIP, does not usually cover social work/psychotherapy services, however most clients are covered by their extended health insurance provider.  Please check with your insurance provider to determine how you will be reimbursed.
